Practical and Versatile
Our Heritage Doors are made of thermally broken aluminium with a polyamide thermal break between the inside and outside of the frame, in contrast to traditional steel windows and doors where the profile is typically a single piece of metal and allows for cold bridging between the exterior and interior surfaces of the frame. The system is thus able to provide much better thermal performance, with low U-values starting at only 1.4W/m2K, surpassing the specifications of the most recent Building Regulations Document L, which take effect in June 2022.
In contrast to conventional production techniques, our Heritage Doors are independently tested to Class 4 (600Pa) air permeability and Class 9a (600Pa) water tightness.
Whether you need a single pair of French doors with or without sidelights, a set of historical bifold doors to entirely open up an aperture, or our heritage sliding doors, which are ideal for wider apertures, our heritage doors may be tailored to your particular needs.
