• Prominent Gables: Two French door sets with feature-shaped gable windows above were installed. On the right-hand gable, doors opened onto a balcony with a frameless glass balustrade.
• The left-hand gable featured inward-opening doors behind a glass Juliet balcony.
• Smaller Gables: Two sets of side-hung casement windows alongside two longer windows with opening vents above fixed-glazed panels.

Ground Floor Transformation:
